Linda Xiong
FOUNDER
SPENDS MOST TIME IN: Linda has stepped away from administrative duties and can now be found enjoying our group and subgroups as an active member.
Linda is a busy mother of three. Her career in tech moved from engineering to data science to product management. She’s a life-long learner and currently a Director of Product Management at Meta. Linda is passionate about building good teams, strong communities, and also great products. Outside of work, Linda loves good food, Disney music, and Ikea.

Darci Groves
COFOUNDER
SPENDS MOST TIME IN: Main, Foodies, Makeup and Skincare, Fat Mints
Born and raised in Northern California, Darci spent the first 20 years of her career in Silicon Valley, leading UX teams at Apple and Facebook. She recently moved with her husband and 6-year-old to Indiana, where she’s enjoying corn fritters, thunderstorms, and an abundance of fireflies. Her passions outside of work include social justice, dachshunds, travel, reading, and buying too many skincare products.

Annie Tsai

Annie is mom to two humans and a doggo. She’s been a founder, operator, executive, and has built, grown, and led on the nontechnical side of software companies on 4 continents since 2003. Today, Annie is COO at Interact, Part Time Venture Partner at The House Fund, Board President for a regional education nonprofit, and sits on the board of Techtonica, a nonprofit providing corporate sponsored technical bootcamps and job placements for women and nonbinary people.

Jacqueline

Jacqueline is mom to two young kids and has a professional background in product management from various start-ups and from Google. She has traveled and moved a lot, and currently lives in Seattle, after recent stints in the Bay Area, Sweden, and Texas. She loves the outdoors, boot camp style fitness, reading, and eating.

Sandhya Simhan

Sandhya is a product marketer whose background spans consumer goods, gaming, fintech, and edtech. She now works on data and policy transparency at Meta, and she also manages a network of Facebook groups for South Asian American women called “the little brown diary.” She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two daughters.

Angela Schmiedeke, RN, BSN has been in tech for 7 years and is currently the Director of IT/IS Enterprise Applications for Central Health in Austin, TX.

Archita is a product manager focused on innovation and growth in social impact digital products. She’s a mom of two, and believes motherhood taught her to be a more empathetic and instinctive leader. She loves creative writing, photography, exploring newer technologies, and always makes time to read good books.

Crystal spent her 20-year career in Silicon Valley in product management for consumer tech companies (Netflix, Shutterfly, iTunes, Airbnb, and Google). She’s currently home with her three kids while planning her next career, angel investing, and actively supporting women and couples dealing with infertility. She’s also the chair of the board of directors for the nonprofit Mothers’ Milk Bank in San Jose, CA.

Divya is a Product Management leader in the e-commerce and payments space with proven leadership building user centric products that drive 10x business growth. She’s a mom to two beautiful boys, lives in the SF Bay Area, and is passionate about hiking, gardening, cooking, and women’s role in tech.

Emily is a graduate of Hackbright Academy in San Francisco and of San Jose State. She worked at a small startup in Mountain View before working at a local high school and now PT at a small consulting firm based in San Jose, CA. A mom of 2, Emily also runs a construction business with her husband.
She’s passionate about helping her community, with a focus on Latino immigrant entrepreneurs and women.

Namita is a Silicon Valley native; startups are part of her DNA. Her happy place is bringing technology to industries that need modernization, implementing tools that tangibly improve people’s everyday lives, and community engagement. She currently leads customer success and operations at Terminal49 and lives in Berkeley, CA with her husband and son.

She is on the board of non-profits focusing on child rights, financial freedom of women in constrained economies. Finds solace in solo travel, painting, camping, van life, and most of all - hanging out with her 2 little kids. Dreams about authoring and illustrating a children’s book some day!

Stephanie is an experienced operations executive and team-of-teams leader specializing in scaling from 0.1 to 10x growth. She thrives in identifying, triaging, and building infrastructure to solve the thorniest business and operational problems. She’s also mama to two toddlers and two giant labs, and is based in Chicago's North Shore suburbs.

Ting is a global native. After living in China, Australia, and the U.K., she came over to Stanford for business school and has loved living in the SF bay area. Her career focus is on consumer insights and product strategy. Ting’s passionate about people, bonding and women supporting women. A mom of two.

Vicky Keston

Vicky’s a single mom of a teen and tween in San Francisco. Her tech career evolved from mechanical engineering at GE to business development at Genentech, to her most recent role as cofounder of a STEM camp, Renegade Girls, that’s working to keep girls interested in STEM careers. She enjoys walks outdoors, hiking, cycling, baking, and reading.
